'WordPlay' app: User Research

I wanted to know: is there a need for a subtitling educational application within TV Show fans? So I've published a simple survey using a Typeform service. And got 1200 responces in a week.

During this week I've discovered some of the most useful learning techniques and instruments that were not available to educators twenty years ago. And collected some additional data about my potential audience.

I've composed a list of the most often requested features and started to draft user Personas, scenarios, task flows and storyboards. You can find them here and here.
